Recognized for excellence and achievement in retailing, manufacturing, design and representation in the Lighting Fixtures Manufacturer category, Hinkley accepted their award at The 15th Annual ARTS Award gala event, held in January during the annual Dallas International Gift and Home Accessories Market.

Comparable to television's EMMY Awards or film's Academy Awards, The ARTS Awards is the premier awards program of the home decorative accessories industry and distributes honors to retailers, manufacturers, designers, and sales representatives in 26 categories. More than 900 people attended this year's gala event, which was sponsored by Dallas Market Center, the world's largest wholesale merchandise resource, and the Accessories Resource Team, the association for the decorative accessories industry.

Hinkley was selected as category winner from a pool of national finalists based on the judging panel's review of a portfolio that detailed company history and philosophy, product design and development, marketing, merchandising, and customer relations.
